FAQs

Yes. I provide virtual therapy to adults located anywhere in Massachusetts. Telehealth allows you to attend sessions from a private, comfortable location without needing to travel to an office.

Do you offer telehealth?

Indigo Couch Counseling is a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of session. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Do you accept insurance?

Your session fee and payment details can be discussed during a free consultation. I accept credit cards and can provide a superbill for clients using out-of-network benefits.

How much does therapy cost?

No. Some clients have a formal diagnosis, some are exploring whether ADHD may be part of their experience, and others simply relate to challenges such as overwhelm, difficulty getting started, emotional intensity, or feeling constantly behind.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with you?

Many people I work with are navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, perfectionism, relationship patterns, family dynamics, and the impact of earlier life experiences.

You do not need to fit neatly into one category to begin therapy. We can talk about what has been feeling difficult and decide whether working together feels like a good fit.
