What We Can Work On Together

People come to therapy for many reasons. Sometimes there is a clear problem; other times, there is simply a feeling that life should not be this hard.

My work focuses on helping adults understand the patterns behind what they are experiencing and build practical ways to move forward.

Adult ADHD

ADHD can affect far more than attention or organization. It can show up as overwhelm, emotional intensity, difficulty getting started, trouble following through, self-criticism, rejection sensitivity, burnout, or feeling like you are always trying to catch up.

Therapy can help you better understand how ADHD affects your daily life, relationships, confidence, and emotions—while finding strategies that actually fit the way your brain works.

Anxiety, Overthinking, and Self-Doubt

Anxiety does not always look like panic. It can look like replaying conversations, second-guessing yourself, feeling responsible for everyone else, expecting the worst, or never being able to fully relax.

Together, we can look at what keeps anxiety going and develop tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and able to trust yourself.

Childhood Experiences and Family Dynamics

You do not need to have experienced obvious trauma for your childhood to still matter. Growing up feeling misunderstood, criticized, emotionally unsupported, or responsible for other people’s feelings can shape how you relate to yourself and others long into adulthood.

Therapy can help you understand how earlier experiences may still be influencing your self-worth, relationships, boundaries, and emotional responses today.

Relationship Patterns, Boundaries, and People-PleasingHow do I get started?

You may find yourself putting other people first, avoiding conflict, feeling guilty for having needs, or ending up in relationships that feel familiar but unfulfilling.

We can explore the patterns that keep showing up, understand where they came from, and practice more direct communication, healthier boundaries, and relationships that feel more balanced.

Depression and Feeling Stuck What makes you different?

Depression can make everything feel heavier. You may feel disconnected from yourself, unmotivated, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. Sometimes depression is connected to burnout, anxiety, grief, difficult life transitions, or years of carrying too much alone.

Therapy can be a place to understand what is underneath that stuck feeling and begin taking manageable steps toward feeling more like yourself again.
